Hi! I'm Luke, also known as LukezFit. I'm a 19 year old bio-behavioural health student, obsessed with teaching people how to lead a healthy life, enjoyably.

I used to obsessively track my calories, struggle to reach my goals, and scramble to find healthy food. Over the past 2 years, however, I figured it out, not only how to reach my goals, but how to do it in a way that is sustainable for me.
